The software "EarnTracker" is provided by Rico Alberski as a private project (hereinafter "Developer"). By downloading, installing, or using EarnTracker, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the "Merchant of Record" (MoR) for all our orders. This means that Paddle.com is responsible for payment processing, billing, and compliance with regional tax regulations. When you purchase EarnTracker, you legally enter into a purchase agreement with Paddle.com. All inquiries regarding invoices or payments are handled via Paddle.
By purchasing EarnTracker, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your own devices (macOS and Windows). It is prohibited to decompile, modify, resell, or illegally distribute the software.
EarnTracker is a tool that aggregates and displays data from various reward and earning services. EarnTracker is in no way affiliated with these services. Since EarnTracker accesses the websites and interfaces of these third-party providers, functionality may be impaired at any time if a third-party provider changes its website or interface. The Developer guarantees no permanent support for specific services.
The software is provided "as is". Since this is a private project, no warranty is given for uninterrupted availability, absolute lack of errors, or fitness for a particular purpose. The Developer's liability for damages of any kind arising from the use of the software (including, but not limited to, loss of data or lost profits) is excluded, unless the damage was caused intentionally or by gross negligence.
EarnTracker stores credentials exclusively locally and securely encrypted on your computer – in the Keychain on macOS and in Credential Manager on Windows. No credentials, passwords, or account balances are transmitted to the Developer's servers or third parties (except for direct login to the respective service). The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. The current version will be published on this website.
