Right of Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Purchases via Paddle.com

Our order process is handled by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the legal seller ("Merchant of Record") of the EarnTracker software license. Accordingly, all purchases and any refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of Paddle.com.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content

For users from the European Union, a 14-day right of withdrawal generally applies to online purchases. However, since EarnTracker is a digital product (software), you typically agree during the checkout process that the provision of the software begins immediately. By giving this explicit consent, your statutory right of withdrawal expires (§ 356 Para. 5 BGB and corresponding EU directives) as soon as you receive the license key or download the software.

Our Goodwill Policy

Since EarnTracker is a private project, it is important to me that you are satisfied with the app. Although the statutory right of withdrawal usually does not apply to digital goods, I offer a refund in consultation with Paddle if:

• The app does not launch or fundamentally fails to work on your supported system (macOS or Windows) due to technical errors that are not your fault.
• You have contacted support, but we were unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe.
• The purchase was made no more than 14 days ago.

Please note: The unavailability of a specific third-party reward service does not constitute a direct reason for a refund, as I, as the developer, have no control over changes to the websites or APIs of these services.

How do I request a refund?

If you experience issues and would like a refund, please contact me and provide your order number (which you received via email from Paddle):

If the requirements for a refund are met, I will instruct Paddle to refund the amount to your original payment method. Please note that processing by Paddle and your bank may take a few business days.
